La estandarización de protocolos para la aplicación de estas terapias facilitará su implementación en diferentes contextos clínicos, mejorando la calidad y la seguridad de los tratamientos. Objetivo: Describir el vitíligo y la terapia celular como alternativa a su tratamiento. Conclusión: Las terapias celulares ofrecen un enfoque innovador y alternativo para la repigmentación en pacientes con vitíligo. A diferencia de las cremas y medicamentos tópicos que solo abordan los síntomas de manera temporal, las terapias celulares pueden atacar las causas subyacentes del vitíligo, promoviendo una respuesta biológica prolongada. Esto representa una esperanza significativa para muchos pacientes que han luchado con la falta de opciones efectivas y duraderas. |
