In this work, this guides precisely to make known the relevant issues that must be considered before executing a power of attorney, which the people must take into account, since ignorance can have serious consequences not only for the persons that execute the power of attorney, legal act, but also third persons. Cada día se celebra varios actos jurídicos en la sociedad peruana, por lo que conocer la figura legal del poder es de suma importancia para todas las personas que celebran actos jurídicos en representación de otras, puesto que se puede recaer en errores al no conocer sobre este mecanismo legal. El presente trabajo esta orienta justamente a dar a conocer las cuestiones relevantes que se debe considerar antes de celebrar un poder, que las partes deben tener muy en cuenta, ya que el desconocimiento puede traer consecuencias graves no solo para las partes que celebran el acto jurídico (Poder), sino también para terceras personas.Ogni giorno nella società peruviana si celebrano atti giuridici; in questo senso, conoscere la fattispecie giuridica del potere di rappresentanza è di estrema importanza per tutte le persone che la celebrano per conto di altri, poiché ciò impedirà loro di commettere errori. Il presente testo ha proprio lo scopo di illustrare sugli aspetti rilevanti da considerare prima di stipulare un potere, che devono essere tenuti in considerazione dalle parti, poiché la loro ignoranza può avere gravi conseguenze non solo per coloro che stipulano l’atto giuridico (potere di rappresentanza), ma anche per i terzi. Todos os dias são celebrados actos jurídicos na sociedade peruana; nesse sentido, conhecer a figura jurídica da procuração é de extrema importância para todas as pessoas que a celebram em nome de outrem, pois isso evitará que cometam erros. O presente trabalho visa precisamente informar sobre as questões relevantes a considerar antes de celebrar uma procuraçao, que devem ser tidas em conta pelas partes, uma vez que o seu desconhecimento pode ter consequências graves não só para aqueles que celebram o ato jurídico (procuração), mas também para terceiros.
