Google Inc. s/ Personal rights: Related actions), which invites us to think about whether there are ways of interpreting forgetting and constructing memory in law, and whether there is another possible way of interpreting both notions through a «romantic science» that would allow the introduction of a transdisciplinary approach in the treatment of the dramas that reach the sphere of law. Este trabajo se propone abordar el «derecho al olvido» a partir del fallo argentino «Denegri, Natalia Ruth c/ Google Inc. s/ derechos personalí simos: Acciones relacionadas», que invita a pensar si en el derecho hay modos trazados de interpretar el olvido y construir la memoria, y si existiría otro modo posible de interpretar ambas nociones a través de una «ciencia romántica» que permita introducir un enfoque transdisciplinario en el tratamiento de los dramas que a la órbita del derecho lleguen.
