In this case, and thinking that we lack greater knowledge about one of them, a study has been carried out at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos in order to better understand the way undergraduate university students think about learning modern languages other than Spanish.Los profesores conocen que al programar los estu­dios que se van a realizar en una institución educativa se necesita partir de un diagnóstico, el cual se tiene que ac­tualizar periódicamente. Si bien éste incluye una serie de variables, el énfasis en la investigación de éstas puede variar. En este caso, y pensando que nos falta un mayor conocimiento sobre una de ellas, en la Universidad Na­cional Mayor de San Marcos se ha realizado un estudio con el fin de conocer mejor el modo de pensar de los es­tudiantes universitarios de pregrado sobre el aprendizaje de lenguas modernas distintas del castellano.Os professores sabem que, ao planejar os estudos a serem realizados em uma instituição educacional, é necessário partir de um diagnóstico, que deve ser atualizado periodicamente. Embora isso inclua uma série de variáveis, a ênfase na investigação dessas variáveis pode variar.
