In all eight patients . In the 4 cases that have followed have been practiced clinical, laboratory and software radio, exhaustively , a therapy indicated by Heys (15 ) having been tested. It also entered the first case of Dentinogenesis Imperfecta, which is described in our environment, associated with this disease . The other 4 patients included in this study were unable to locate them to make them more detailed studies . Unable either to conduct the study from the point of view for lack of endocrine means our hospital. Anabolic is used in a first case , achieving a good apparent result.Este trabajo tiene por objeto el estudio de una afección ósea rara tanto en nuestro medio como en otros países, y fue realizado en un lapso de tres años, mediante observación sistemática de 4 pacientes internados en el Hospital del Niño, a los que se ha agregado otros 4 enfermos que han sido tomados de la Estadística de este nosocomio, entre los años de 1951-1962. En total 8 pacientes. En los 4 casos que hemos seguido se han practicado exámenes clínicos, de laboratorio y radio lógicos, en forma exhaustiva, habiéndose ensayado una terapia indicada por Heys (15). Se consigna, asimismo, el primer caso de Dentinogénesis Imperfecta, que se describe en nuestro medio, asociada a esta enfermedad. A los otros 4 pacientes que figuran en este trabajo no se les pudo ubicar para realizar en ellos estudios más detenidos. No se ha podido tampoco realizar el estudio desde el punto de vista endocrino por falta de medios de nuestro hospital.
