In this sense, the elements expressed as scarf and skirt of the Camilaca Carnival are proposed as intangible cultural heritage because it summarizes feelings of communal identity, as well as the transmission of artistic knowledge in festive events that are carried out annually. These cultural elements also revalue the work and labor performed by Camilaca's female sector.El Ministerio de Cultura define a las manifestaciones del Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial como expresiones de identidad cultural y social, llevadas a cabo por una colectividad en forma unitaria o grupal, transmitidas de generación en generación. En ese sentido, se propone como patrimonio cultural inmaterial a los elementos expresados como pañuelo y falda del Carnaval de Camilaca por resumir sentimientos de identidad comunal, así como la transmisión de conocimientos artísticos en eventos de fiesta que son llevados a cabo anualmente.
