We believe that these trends should frame the situational and prospective diagnosis of FIECS, so that according to the new developments and challenges of the Peruvian reality, they will allow FIECS to propose a new catalog of degrees, profiles and curricula, which will reposition FIECS in its work of continuing to provide the country with the professionals in Economic Engineering that it really demands and requires.Desde esta perspectiva, el artículo concentra su atención en establecer las tendencias de futuro que se desprenden de un estudio de prospectiva de la carrera y profesión de la ingeniería económica.
