The results show that there is significant relationship between role in bullying and social skills in adolescents.El objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar la relación entre el protagonismo en el acoso escolar y las habilidades sociales en estudiantes de dos instituciones educativas del distrito de Ate. Se aplicó el Cuestionario sobre intimidación y maltrato entre iguales y la Lista de Chequeo de las habilidades sociales. La muestra estuvo conformada por 1000 estudiantes con edades comprendidas entre los 11 y los 14 años. La investigación fue de tipo descriptivo correlacional, transaccional y de diseño no experimental.
