Using a quantitative, explanatory approach and an experimental-correlational design, a sample of 211 participants was selected from a population of 935. Two online questionnaires were administered to collect and analyze the data. The statistical results confirm the hypothesis with a significance level of α = 0.05 and a correlation of r=0.763, demonstrating a considerable positive correlation between LMS software and remote teaching. These findings highlight the importance of LMS software in remote teaching, particularly in the PSEP-FCED program at UNH. The identified positive correlation shows how the implementation of LMS tools improves the learning experience and teaching effectiveness in remote environments. These results contribute to the knowledge on educational technology and provide practical insights for enhancing remote teaching practices in educational institutions.Este estudio investiga la relación entre el software LMS (Sistema de Gestión de Aprendizajes) y la enseñanza remota en el Programa de Segunda Especialidad Profesional (PSEP) de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Educación (FCED) de la Universidad Nacional de Huancavelica (UNH) durante el año académico 2022. Se planteó la hipótesis de que la implementación del software LMS mejora significativamente la enseñanza remota en este programa. Utilizando un enfoque cuantitativo, explicativo y un diseño experimental-correlacional, se seleccionó una muestra de 211 participantes de una población de 935. Se aplicaron dos cuestionarios en línea para recopilar y analizar los datos. Los resultados estadísticos confirman la hipótesis con un nivel de significancia α = 0.05 y una correlación de r=0.763, demostrando una correlación positiva considerable entre el software LMS y la enseñanza remota. Estos hallazgos resaltan la importancia del software LMS en la enseñanza remota, especialmente en el PSEP-FCED de la UNH. La correlación positiva identificada muestra cómo la implementación de herramientas LMS mejora la experiencia de aprendizaje y la efectividad de la enseñanza en entornos remotos.
