Sumario:The purpose of this research was to provide feedback on management aspects at the forefront of technology in engineers and architects dedicated to public management. The development of this research is based on the scientific method, consequently of a basic type, of a correlation level, the research design is defined as non-experimental. For the study, the population was determined: managers, supervisors and coordinator/other. The study of the sample made up of the 50 determined workers was carried out. The data collection of the investigation was carried out through a survey, and the Kolmogórov Smirnov test was carried out. Finally, the results indicate that the BIM Methodology variable does not follow a normal distribution and that the optimal planning of structural works variable has a normal distribution.
