The results indicate that the most predominant factors are Leadership, Motivation, Relationships, Communication and Teamwork. In definition, the present study purpose future researches in the measurement of the organizational climate.El clima organizacional (CO) es cada vez más estudiado a nivel internacional, dado que es considerado una estrategia para la ventaja competitiva de las organizaciones en términos de éxito empresarial. En los últimos sesenta años, investigadores se han dado la tarea de medir el clima organizacional, por lo tanto, la presente investigación tiene el objetivo de identificar los indicadores que predominan en los instrumentos establecidos por diversos autores, esto mediante una revisión de literatura. Los resultados obtenidos indican que los factores con mayor predominio son Liderazgo, Motivación, Relaciones, Comunicación y Trabajo en equipo.
