Sumario:Organizational climate researches has been increasingly studied at an international level, considered a competitive advantage strategy for firms in terms of organizational success. In the last sixty years, researchers have been working in organizational climate measuring, therefore, the aim of this work is identify the indicators that predominate in organizational climate instruments by various authors, this through a deep literary review. The results indicate that the most predominant factors are Leadership, Motivation, Relationships, Communication and Teamwork. In definition, the present study purpose future researches in the measurement of the organizational climate.
