The type of research is observational - descriptive and retrospective with an automatic approach; Taking advantage of the population to study, it was found to be made up of patients treated in the gynecology and obstetrics area of the Hipólito Unanue National Hospital, during the period of the year prior to the start of this investigation (January 2018 to July 2019), the total number of registered patients there were 3127 and the sample consisted of 9 patients, the sample was non-probabilistic, in addition the selection was defined at convenience. The instrument used was the record of medical records of the patients attended. It is concluded that of the 9 patients in total, the most frequent age range was 16 to 20 years of age (44.4%), 55.6% had 1 pregnancy, 66.7% had only 1 delivery, 50% of deliveries they were premature, 33.3% had breech presentation, only 11.1% had babies with low birth weight, 62.5% had no complications during delivery, 22.22% had 1 miscarriage; In addition, it is recommended to encourage workshops that share extended information with patients in general, in order to make room for better diagnostic tests that have an impact on reproductive prognosis and associated comorbidities, to agree on an adequate treatment, timely and effective. |

El instrumento utilizado fue el registro de historias clínicas de las pacientes atendidas. Se concluye que de las 9 pacientes en total, el rango de edad más frecuente fue la 16 a 20 años de edad (44.4%), el 55.6% presentaron 1 gestación, el 66.7% tuvo 1 solo parto, el 50% de los partos fueron prematuros, el 33.3% tuvieron presentación pelviana, solo el 11.1% tuvieron bebés con bajo peso al nacer, el 62.5% no presentaron complicaciones durante el parto, el 22.22% tuvieron 1 aborto; asimismo se recomienda el incentivo de talleres que compartan la información ampliada a las pacientes en general, con el fin de dar cabida a mejores pruebas de diagnóstico que repercutan en los pronósticos de reproducción y las comorbilidades que se encuentran asociadas, para consensuar un tratamiento adecuado, oportuno y eficaz.O objetivo do presente estudo foi identificar a prevalência e comorbidades em pacientes com diagnóstico de útero didelfo no Hospital Nacional Hipólito Unanue.O tipo de pesquisa é observacional - descritivo e retrospectivo com abordagem quantitativa; Da mesma forma, a população a estudar foi constituída por pacientes atendidos na área de ginecologia e obstetrícia do Hospital Nacional Hipólito Unanue, durante o período do ano anterior ao início desta investigação (janeiro de 2018 a julho de 2019), o total de pacientes cadastrados foi de 3.127 e a amostra foi composta por 9 pacientes, a amostra foi não probabilística e a seleção foi definida por conveniência. O instrumento utilizado foi o registro dos prontuários dos pacientes atendidos.
