It was concluded that there is a positive relationship between academic evaluation and the professional training of teachers in this public educational institution in the Cercado de Lima.La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre la evaluación académica y la formación profesional de los docentes en una institución educativa pública del Cercado de Lima. El diseño del estudio fue no experimental, con un enfoque correlacional. La muestra estuvo conformada por 60 docentes. Como instrumentos, se utilizó una escala Likert y un cuestionario.
