The topic will be reviewed through a multidisciplinary approach, including its compatibility with Peruvian Constitutional Law normative, as well as aeronautic national and international standards.El presente artículo busca realizar un análisis sobre la creación de una “Línea Aérea de Bandera Nacional”, a propósito de las reiteradas iniciativas de un congresista peruano para llevarla a cabo. Dicha posibilidad ha generado confusión jurídica debido a la inconsistencia que presentaron los textos de proyecto de ley en cuanto a su tratamiento. Se abordará este tema desde un punto de vista multidisciplinario, incluyendo su compatibilidad con la normativa constitucional peruana y los estándares nacionales e internacionales sobre actividades aeronáuticas.Universidad de Lima.
