The results demonstrate in their variable dimensions: At the 0.000% level of significance, there is positive and moderate agreement between Knowledge and Service Quality with r = 56.7%.; There is positive and high agreement between skills and service quality with r= 69.90% and Attitudes and Service Quality with r= 69.70%. It is concluded that there is a direct and significant relationship between Human Talent Management (GTH) and Service Quality at the National University of Moquegua (UNAM), locating a Rho Spearman of 72.8%. This confirms that the greater the development of the human talent of teachers and other staff, the greater the quality of service appreciated by students. La postura fue probar que, existe concordancia directa y significativa entre la Gestión del Talento Humano (GTH) y Calidad del servicio en la Universidad Nacional de Moquegua (UNAM). Al respecto es una pesquisa básica, de nivel relacional, con diseño no experimental, con una muestra de 170 respondientes. Los resultados demuestran en sus dimensiones de las variables: Al 0.000% de nivel de significancia, hay concordancia positiva y moderada entre Conocimiento y Calidad del servicio con r = 56.7%. Hay concordancia positiva y alta entre habilidades y calidad de servicio con r= 69.90% y Actitudes y Calidad del servicio con r= 69.70%. Se concluye que hay relación directa y significativa entre la Gestión del Talento Humano (GTH) y Calidad del servicio en la Universidad Nacional de Moquegua (UNAM) ubicando un Rho Spearman de 72.8%. Lo que permite confirmar que a mayor desarrollo del talento humano de los docentes y demás personal mayor es la calidad de servicio apreciado por los estudiantes.
