Descripción
Sumario:Objective: In this article a critical approach is made to the different ways in which the management of human talent within the current coordinates of acceleration of social time and prevalence of the neoliberal model, impact on the worker’s subjectivity, and increased productivity of the company. Methodology: This under an interpretive approach, which was nourished by bibliographic surveys to academic journals in the area of the social and human sciences (administration, psychology and philosophy). Findings: The neoliberal economic system, which orients and characterizes the current business dynamic, has managed a model of human talent management, where workers and managers feel trapped by the perception of social and chronological time, that added to the establishment of norms for the execution of processes, procedures, and scope of goals, ends by instrumentalizing thinking, and arranging the body towards mechanization. Conclusion: Human talent management today is closer to a managerial device, given the prevalence of a set of instrumental knowledge. When adopted by the management and in favor of productivity improvement, this area of administration becomes a scenario for the analysis of strategies that seek to ensure the permanence in the market and competitiveness of the organization, through personnel selection, and favoring the subordination and docility of its workers, as expressions of the power game that characterizes the current organizational culture.
