With all this, this time through this article is presented to the esteemed readers, especially colleagues a sequence of non-psychometric psychological strategies that allow evaluation and can even be a predictor indicators of the person. A compilation of techniques that begins with the observation is presented from the moment the person enters the environment, when he takes a seat, the greeting, his first facial expression, his tone of voice; then ask her what her name is (invite her to look what meaning) is done entertaining for the evaluated and is a different strategy to the expected parameters even more if they are colleagues, and if they are not of our profession there will be classic questions during the interview itself, using the technique of Knowing Listening by Carl Rogers is very effective so the evaluated does not feel examined as it is a non-directive humanistic orientation technique, no criticisms. Personally we have structured it with a sequence giving my own work style based on our own techniques and methods learned in our professional training as psychologist and therapist.

Personally we have structured it with a sequence giving my own work style based on our own techniques and methods learned in our professional training as psychologist and therapist.Considerando que el psicólogo como profesional debe ser estratégico en su labor, ello lo identificará como un especialista del área con recursos para enfrentar su función, con metodologías aprendidas durante su etapa universitaria, aunada con técnicas terapéuticas en su auto-formación; le permitirá ubicarse como un experto y será su mejor mensaje de presentación en calidad ante un contexto laboral competitivo. Con todo ello, en esta oportunidad a través del presente artículo se les presenta a los estimados lectores, especialmente a los colegas una secuencia de estrategias psicológicas no psicométricas que permiten evaluar e inclusive puede ser un predictor con indicadores personales. Se presenta una recopilación de técnicas que empieza por la observación desde el momento que la persona ingresa al ambiente, cuando toma asiento, el saludo, su primera expresión facial, su timbre y tono de voz; seguidamente al preguntarle cuál es su nombre (invitar a buscar su significado) dicho proceso se hace entretenido para el evaluado y es una estrategia diferente a los parámetros esperados más aún si son colegas, y si no son de nuestra profesión habrá preguntas clásicas durante la entrevista misma, el hacer uso de la técnica del Saber Escucha de Carl Rogers es muy efectiva así el evaluado no se siente examinado ya que es una técnica de orientación humanística no directiva, no hay críticas.
