The workers and some students of the Yucay Farm were the informants for this data collection, which, in our opinion, reflects reality without distorting it.La presentación de este trabajo no supone una hipótesis que requiera de un planteamiento doctrinario, científicamente imprescindible. La recopilación del material de campo se debe a la necesidad de satisfacer la pregunta "¿Cómo funcionan los ritos tradicionales, mágicos-religiosos, en las labores agrícolas y cuáles son las consecuencias socio-culturales en el proceso de cambios que se operan en el valle sagrado de los incas?"
