It also examines the most recommended psychological treatments for repairing the mental health of victims. Sexual abuse in developing countries should be a public safety issue, more so in Colombia, where rape of women is a weapon of war used by players in sociopolitical violence. El abuso sexual afecta fundamentalmente a niños de cualquier género y mujeres, dejando graves secuelas en las víctimas, y en su medio familiar y social.
