In this way, based on an empirical study, it is revealed that these lines of discussion are not, strictly speaking, neutral, but rather obey certain ideas of economic and social policy that can guide the scope of labor legal norms, such as by example of flexibility-reduction of labor rights.A partir de la identificación de la importancia de los discursos para comprender la vida social y del análisis de la política de empleo y de los derechos laborales, en el presente artículo se realiza la identificación de las líneas de discusión sobre los alcances de los derechos laborales y de la política de empleo realizada en la prensa escrita en el Perú.
