For this objective, the analysis of using the national doctrine and the personal position of the author is used, also, it is addressed, among other legal-criminal and social problems that the fatal event triggered.En las siguientes líneas se analizará un caso de relevancia jurídicopenal que aconteció en Perú durante el estado de emergencia ocasionado por la pandemia de la COVID-19. Trece jóvenes fallecieron al interior de una discoteca que funcionaba con más de ciento veinte asistentes, tragedia que recordó varios casos similares que conmocionaron al país.
