Therefore, labor compliance is an ideal instrument that can neutralize not only any kind of harassment, but also any irregularity that may have occurred in the organization; therefore, it is imperative to implement compliance in the law.El mobbing laboral es una práctica común en las organizaciones que, desafortunadamente, va en crecimiento. En efecto, el hostigamiento laboral, por lo general, pasa desapercibido e inicia de forma silenciosa, a pesar de que, cuando se ataca a la víctima, no solo se perjudica física y psicológicamente a esta, sino también a la organización, puesto que su impacto se verá reflejado en la producción o en las responsabilidades que pudiera acarrear.
