Conocer los indicadores de insuficiencia placentaria en gestación a término y gestación postérmino con crecimiento fetal normal en el desenlace adverso en el Instituto Nacional Materno Perinatal durante el año 2017. Materiales y métodos. Estudio correlacional, descriptivo, transversal y retro-prospectivo en gestantes de 37 a 42 semanas con doppler umbilical y crecimiento fetal normal.
