The results obtained after the data collection, the processing and the respective analysis were analyzed at a descriptive level, in order to determine the predominant levels in which the study variables are presented, at the inferential level the Kolmogorv Smirnov normality test was used to determine the normality of the data. Therefore, the Pearson r correlation statistic was used at a level of 0.05, because the data presented a normal distribution. The results indicate that the variables of participatory management of human talent and soft skills are expressed at a medium level. Likewise, it is demonstrated that there is direct, moderate and significant correlation between the study variables. It also shows that 33% of the behavior of the variable soft skills can be explained from the variation of the participative management of human talentEn la presente investigación se estudia el nivel de influencia de la gestión participativa del talento humano en el desarrollo de las habilidades blandas de los estudiantes de la Facultad de Educación de la Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal, en una muestra de trabajo formada por 233 estudiantes, los cuales fueron seleccionados de manera aleatoria, es decir, cada uno de los elementos de la población tuvieron la misma oportunidad de ser seleccionados. Los resultados obtenidos después del recojo de los datos, el procesamiento y análisis respectivo fueron analizados a nivel descriptivo, para poder determinar los niveles predominantes en los cuales se presentan las variables de estudio, en el nivel inferencial se empleó la prueba de normalidad Kolmogorv Smirnov para determinar la normalidad de los datos. Por lo cual se utilizó el estadístico de correlación r de Pearson a un nivel de 0,05, debido a que los datos presentan distribución normal. Los resultados indican que las variables gestión participativa del talento humano y habilidades blandas se expresan en un nivel medio. Asimismo, se demuestra que existe correlación directa, moderada y significativa entre las variables de estudio.
