The results allow us to conclude that there is a relationship between the management of pedagogical directive leadership and the teaching performance in the educational institution "Francisco Vidal Laos". Supe - Barranca. Lima 2018, since it was proved that the value of p being less than 0.05. and have a correlation coefficient, r = 0, 768 which represents a correlation of 76.8%. This significance is found through Spearman's Rho statistical test. It is shown that the institutional planning is related to the teaching performance, since it was found that the correlation coefficient, r = 0, 543 which represents a correlation of 54.3%. Likewise, the management of human, material, time, financial and risk prevention resources is related to the teaching performance, whose correlation coefficient, r = 0, 563 represents a correlation of 56.3%. The evaluation and the rendering of accounts are related to the teaching performance whose coefficient is r = 0, 638 which represents a correlation of 63.8%. The management of the pedagogical processes are related to the teaching performance, its correlation coefficient is r = 0,593 which represents a correlation of 59,3%. We note that there are indeed significant correlations between pedagogical management leadership and teaching performance between each of the sub dimensions studied. |

Por ello, se consolidan investigaciones para que, en lugar de asumir una dimensión transeccional, más bien su función debe ser transformadora, de modo que se vayan modificando, alterando las condiciones de la escuela y del aula para mejorar no solo el desempeño docente, cuanto el nivel y la calidad del aprendizaje de los alumnos. Establecer una visión, una dirección, expectativas y metas es capital en los aspectos pedagógicos, para mejorar el rediseño y la organización para promover el liderazgo directivo pedagógico y programar una gestión directiva con programas de enseñanza aprendizaje de calidad y acorde a cada región, es el motivo de esta investigación. Los resultados nos permiten concluir que Existe relación entre la gestión de Liderazgo directivo pedagógico y el desempeño docente en la institución educativa “Francisco Vidal Laos”. Supe - Barranca. Lima 2018, ya que se comprobó mediante que al ser menor el valor de p que 0.05. y tener un coeficiente de correlación, r = 0, 768 que representa una correlación de 76,8%. Se encuentra esta significancia a través de la prueba estadística Rho de Spearman. Se demuestra que la Planificación institucional se relaciona con el desempeño docente, ya que se comprobó que el coeficiente de correlación, r = 0, 543 lo que representa una correlación de 54,3%. Igualmente la gestión de recursos humanos, materiales, de tiempo, financieros así como de prevención de riesgos se relaciona con el desempeño docente, cuyo coeficiente de correlación, r = 0, 563 lo que representa una correlación de 56,3%. La evaluación y la rendición de cuentas se relacionan con el desempeño docente cuyo coeficiente es r = 0, 638 lo que representa una correlación de 63,8%. La gestión de los procesos pedagógico se relacionan con el desempeño docente, su coeficiente de correlación, es r = 0,593 lo que representa una correlación de 59,3%.
