The approach of the study was quantitative in nature, non-experimental and descriptive design. population of interest was made up of 04 managers, 07 English teachers and 200 students from the 4th - 5th grades of secondary education. The sample was selected in a non-probabilistic way, including all managers and teachers, as well as 133 students. A survey was used to measure the first variable, while to evaluate learning achievement in English, a documentary review was carried out and official grade records were used. The results revealed a significant and high positive correlation (Rh= 0.891) between variables. Consequently, it was deduced that pedagogical support is positively related to English language learning.El propósito de la investigación consistió en determinar la relación entre el acompañamiento pedagógico y el nivel de aprendizaje del idioma inglés en estudiantes de secundaria de la I.E. de Jornada Escolar Completa "Juan Pablo Vizcardo y Guzmán" en Lima. El enfoque del estudio fue de naturaleza cuantitativa, diseño no experimental y de carácter descriptivo. población de interés estuvo conformada por 04 directivos, 07 docentes de inglés y 200 estudiantes de los grados 4º - 5to de educación secundaria. La muestra fue seleccionada de manera no probabilística, incluyendo a todos los directivos y docentes, así como a 133 estudiantes. Se empleó una encuesta para medir la primera variable, mientras que para evaluar el logro de aprendizaje en inglés se realizó una revisión documental y se utilizaron los registros de calificaciones oficiales. Los resultados revelaron una correlación positiva significativa y alta (Rh= 0,891) entre ambas variables.
