There is a relationship between the teacher performance assessment with learning area Mathematics students of the V cycle Basic Education of School District No. 3071 Stone Bridge hypothesis: By applying the formula of Spearman Rho with a significance level of 95% found that the correlation coefficient Spearman's rho = 0.686 and 0.000 p_ value is therefore establish that it has a good correlation level, we see that there is a relationship direct significance level less than 0.05 we can add that to apply linear regression found that the variable teacher performance assessment dependent influence on the learning of mathematics by 41.4% as it has an R squared of 0.414 for this reason we reject the Null hypothesis and accept the alternative.

La población estuvo conformada por 506 alumnos y 16 profesores. y la muestra por 233 alumnos y 8 profesores. El diseño de la investigación es transaccional, correlacional, causal, bivariada, transversal. Para la recolección de datos se confeccionaron dos cuestionarios estructurados como medición y consta de dos aspectos: En cuanto a la evaluación del docente se tomó en cuenta lo siguiente: Responsabilidad docente, planificación, recurso didáctico y evaluación. En cuanto aprendizaje del área de las matemáticas se tomó en cuenta los siguientes indicadores: Número, relaciones y operaciones, geometría y medición como también estadística.   El estudio plantea la siguiente hipótesis de investigación. Existe una relación entre de la evaluación del desempeño docente con el aprendizaje del área Matemáticas de los alumnos del V ciclo de Educación Básica Regular de la Institución Educativa Nº 3071 del Distrito de Puente Piedra.
