description The objective of this study was to develop conditional physical abilities such as strength and speed in order to improve the physical condition of students, motivating them to perform any type of activity that involves personal movement for fun. The game was the fundamental piece to carry out this research, where a quantitative approach was used and the type of research was quantitative observation with a descriptive approach based on the figures used; The instrument used was the physical aptitude test granted by INEFI, this measures conditional physical abilities and also uses height and weight, together with age to measure the person's BMI. The results suggest that if children have difficulty developing the physical abilities of strength and speed, but through recreational play, it can be improved. As conclusions, the study shows that recreational games are an effective strategy to improve physical abilities, such as strength and speed, in boys and girls. Through playful and fun activities, children can develop their physical potential in a motivating and stimulating way. In addition, the game enriches the student in the cognitive, social, family and cultural fields, because they allow even the girls who are the least motivated when it comes to physical activity to be the first to participate.

El juego fue la pieza fundamental para llevar a cabo esta investigación, donde se utilizó un enfoque cuantitativo y el tipo de investigación fue la observación cuantitativa con un enfoque descriptivo por las cifras utilizadas; el instrumento utilizado fue la prueba de aptitud física otorgada por el INEFI, esta mide las capacidades físicas condicionales y también utiliza la estatura y el peso, conjunto con la edad para medir el IMC de la persona. Los resultados sugieren que, si los niños tienen dificultad para desarrollar las capacidades físicas de fuerza y velocidad, pero a través del juego recreativo, se puede mejorar. Como conclusiones, el estudio muestra que los juegos recreativos son una estrategia efectiva para mejorar las capacidades físicas, como la fuerza y la velocidad, en niños y niñas. A través de actividades lúdicas y divertidas, los niños pueden desarrollar su potencial físico de una manera motivadora y estimulante. Además, el juego enriquece al discente en el ámbito cognitivo, social, familiar y cultural, debido a que permiten que hasta que las niñas que son las menos motivadas a la hora de realizar la actividad física sean las primeras que participar.O objetivo deste estudo foi desenvolver habilidades físicas condicionais, como força e velocidade, a fim de melhorar a condição física dos alunos, motivando-os a realizar qualquer tipo de atividade que envolva movimento pessoal por diversão. O jogo foi a peça fundamental para a realização desta pesquisa, onde foi utilizada uma abordagem quantitativa e o tipo de pesquisa foi observação quantitativa com abordagem descritiva baseada nas figuras utilizadas; O instrumento utilizado foi o teste de aptidão física concedido pelo INEFI, que mede as capacidades físicas condicionadas e também utiliza altura e peso, juntamente com a idade para medir o IMC da pessoa. Os resultados sugerem que se as crianças têm dificuldade em desenvolver as habilidades físicas de força e velocidade, mas por meio de brincadeiras recreativas, isso pode ser melhorado. Como conclusões, o estudo mostra que os jogos recreativos são uma estratégia eficaz para melhorar as capacidades físicas, como força e velocidade, em meninos e meninas. Por meio de atividades lúdicas e divertidas, as crianças podem desenvolver seu potencial físico de forma motivadora e estimulante.
