In adolescence the personality and social adjustment of the individual emerges, where health is determined by psychological, physical, biological and social factors. In this sense, emotional intelligence is a psychological construct that improves the quality of life of the individual. Therefore, the aim of this study was to identify the importance of EI in the educational, inclusive and innovative curriculum during adolescence, as well as its relationship with different psychological variables, presenting the most characteristic instruments for its measurement and evaluation. Consequently, a search for articles was carried out in different databases, such as PsycINFO, Scopus and Web of Science. Thus, a total of 687 documents were obtained which, after applying the inclusion criteria, left 33 studies for review. The results made up a sample size of 32,228 adolescents between 10 and 19 years of age, which revealed the importance of emotional intelligence in the well-being and improvement of the quality of life of adolescents. In conclusion, it is considered that education professionals should take into account the results of this work, so as to promote the development of emotional intelligence in the inclusive curriculum, in order to ensure the empowerment and quality of life of students |

Por lo tanto, el objetivo de este estudio consistió en identificar la importancia de la IE en el currículo educativo, inclusivo e innovador durante la adolescencia, así como su relación con diferentes variables psicológicas, presentando los instrumentos más característicos para su medición y evaluación. En consecuencia, se realizó una búsqueda de artículos en diferentes bases de datos, tales como PsycINFO, Scopus y Web of Science. Así, se obtuvieron un total de 687 documentos que, tras aplicar los criterios de inclusión quedaron 33 estudios para su revisión. Los resultados conformaron un tamaño muestral de 32.228 adolescentes de entre 10 y 19 años, que revelaron la importancia que posee la inteligencia emocional en el bienestar y en la mejora de su calidad de vida de los adolescentes. En conclusión, se considera que los profesionales de la educación tengan en cuenta los resultados del presente trabajo, de modo que fomenten el desarrollo de la inteligencia emocional en el currículo inclunovador, para garantizar el empoderamiento y la calidad de vida del alumnado.Na adolescência emerge a personalidade e a adaptação social do indivíduo, onde a saúde é determinada por fatores psicológicos, físicos, biológicos e sociais. Neste sentido, a inteligência emocional é uma construção psicológica que melhora a qualidade de vida do indivíduo. Portanto, o objetivo deste estudo foi identificar a importância da EI no currículo educacional, inclusivo e inovador durante a adolescência, bem como sua relação com diferentes variáveis psicológicas, apresentando os instrumentos mais característicos para sua medição e avaliação. Consequentemente, foi realizada uma busca de artigos em diferentes bases de dados, como PsycINFO, Scopus e Web of Science. Assim, foram obtidos um total de 687 documentos que, após a aplicação dos critérios de inclusão, deixaram 33 estudos para revisão. Os resultados constituíram uma amostra de 32.228 adolescentes com idade entre 10 e 19 anos, o que revelou a importância da inteligência emocional no bem-estar e na melhoria da qualidade de vida dos adolescentes.
