El diagnóstico se realiza por citometría de flujo y/o por histopatología. No existe un consenso terapéutico sobre el régimen de quimioterapia y se recomienda el trasplante alogénico de médula ósea en pacientes que alcanzan remisión. Presentamos tres casos de NBCDP con diferente evolución clínica y régimen de tratamiento. Actualmente, uno de los pacientes continúa en remisión de la enfermedad.Blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN) is a rare and highly aggressive hematologic malignancy. Diagnosis is established through flow cytometry and/or histopathological analysis. There is no consensus on a standard chemotherapy regimen, and allogeneic stem cell transplantation is recommended for patients who achieve remission. We present three cases of BPDCN with different clinical outcomes and treatment regimens.
