Al respecto, identificaremos primeramente en qué etapa del proceso tienen aplicación las convenciones probatorias; para luego, establecer la postura del autor, señalando que existen argumentos válidos e idóneos para incorporar convenciones probatorias en juicio oral, sobre todo porque evitan la revictimización y contribuyen a una mejor tutela jurisdiccional de la víctima. Siendo el aporte de este artículo el esbozar una modificación normativa del artículo 373° del Código Procesal Penal, dinamizando de esta manera el proceso penal en esta clase de delitos.
