description El presente estudio tiene como principal objetivo analizar la actitud docente frente a la inclusión educativa de estudiantes con discapacidad en el aprendizaje en el nivel primario. Para ello, se propone analizar los principales factores que influyen en la actitud del docente ya que estos son clave para comprender no sólo su importancia sino también la influencia que tienen en el proceso inclusivo educativo. Estos factores son la autoeficacia docente, la formación inicial y continua del mismo, el sistema de apoyo escolar y el diagnóstico del estudiante a incluir. Finalmente, se concluye y resalta la importancia y pertinencia del análisis de la actitud docente frente a un proceso inclusivo educativo, ya es un elemento determinante que puede determinar el éxito o fracaso del proceso señalado.
