In this context, the exposure of administrative workers to ergonomic risks has been identified as a relevant social issue, with potential adverse effects on their health, non-compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, and increased costs for companies due to productivity losses and absenteeism. About it, the present thesis proposes ErgoTech, a consultancy firm that provides comprehensive ergonomic solutions aimed at mitigating ergonomic risks in administrative tasks. The solution consists of a virtual platform and a mobile application powered by artificial intelligence (AI), enabling the integral management of ergonomic assessments, workstation design, continuous monitoring, and active break program administration; the goal is to foster a healthier and more efficient work environment. This business model aligns with SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being and SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth. The results demonstrate the economic and social feasibility and sustainability of the project, with a financial NPV of S/ 3’854,625, an IRR of 269.43%, and a social NPV of S/ 3’651,886 over a five-year period. Therefore, the implementation of ErgoTech is recommended, as it addresses a critical occupational need while representing an opportunity to enhance the well-being of administrative workers and manage ergonomic risks, reduces the incidence of musculoskeletal disorders, promotes optimal working conditions, enhances productivity, and ensures compliance with current regulations. ErgoTech sets a precedent in the application of advanced technology for occupational health and ergonomic risk prevention.

Al respecto, estudios asocian el tiempo en posición sentada y el malestar musculoesquelético, principalmente la espalda baja (Arippa et al., 2022). En este contexto, se identificó como un problema social relevante la exposición a riesgos ergonómicos en los trabajadores administrativos que pueden generar efectos adversos en su salud, incumplimiento de normativas de seguridad y salud y costos para las empresas por la reducción en la productividad y el ausentismo laboral. Al respecto, la presente tesis propone ErgoTech, una consultora que brinda soluciones ergonómicas integrales para reducir los riesgos ergonómicos en las labores administrativas. Propone una plataforma virtual y aplicación móvil con inteligencia artificial (IA) que permite una gestión integral de las evaluaciones ergonómicas, diseño de puestos de trabajo, monitoreo continuo y gestión de programa de pausas activas, buscando así promover un ambiente de trabajo más saludable y eficiente. Este modelo de negocios contribuye al ODS 3: Salud y Bienestar y ODS 8: Trabajo Decente y Crecimiento Económico. En cuanto a los resultados demuestran la viabilidad y sostenibilidad económica y social del proyecto, con un VAN financiero de S/ 3’854,625, una TIR de 269.43% y un VAN social de S/ 3’651,885, en un periodo de cinco años. Por lo tanto, se recomienda la implementación de ErgoTech, que responde a una necesidad crítica en el ámbito laboral representando una oportunidad para mejorar el bienestar de los trabajadores administrativos, y gestionar los riesgos ergonómicos, reduciendo la incidencia de trastornos musculoesqueléticos, promoviendo condiciones de trabajo óptimas y favoreciendo tanto la productividad como el cumplimiento normativo vigente.
