Utilizando una metodología prospectiva y transversal, con un diseño no experimental y una muestra de 67 colaboradores internos, se identificó una correlación negativa significativa entre la carga mental de trabajo y el bienestar laboral (rho = -0.515). Este hallazgo determinó que las diversas facetas de la carga mental de trabajo estén vinculadas con en el bienestar de los colaboradores internos, por lo cual, las demandas cognitivas (rho=-0.562), la organización temporal (rho=-0.351), las consecuencias para la salud (rho=-0.509), las características de la tarea (rho=-0.473) y el ritmo de trabajo (rho=-0.473) relevaron una relación significativa con el bienestar laboral. En conclusión, se determinó que la carga mental de trabajo esta relacionado significativamente con el bienestar laboral.
