description El trabajo de investigación denominado “Propuesta de mejora del monitoreo y acompañamiento pedagógico del desempeño del tutor en el PRITE “Manuel Gonzales Prada” de UGEL 04-distrito de Comas, Lima-Perú” tuvo como objetivo general Diseñar una propuesta de mejora para el monitoreo y acompañamiento pedagógico del desempeño del tutor en PRITE “Manuel Gonzales Prada” de la UGEL 04- distrito de Comas, Lima-Perú, con el fin de garantizar una atención de calidad a las niñas y niños menores de 3 años con discapacidades o en riesgo de adquirirla. Además, corresponde a un enfoque cuantitativo de diseño no experimental descriptivo de corte transversal. En cuanto a la selección de la muestra fue de tipo probabilística (selección aleatoria) se seleccionarán 3 tutores, se realizó en función a las niñas y niños que atienden. En cuanto a los resultados se estableció un programa de acompañamiento individualizado, enfocado en el desarrollo de habilidades específicas para la atención a niños con discapacidad. La propuesta incluye capacitaciones especializadas, recursos adaptados y sesiones de seguimiento para evaluar el progreso del tutor y la implementación de estrategias pedagógicas inclusivas, en cuanto a los mecanismos de control dirige a una implementación de observaciones regulares, registros detallados y evaluaciones pertinentes permitirían medir de manera objetiva el impacto de las estrategias de mejora en el desempeño del tutor.
