Resúmenes extendidos.5 páginasEn el río Pampas entre Paras y Totos al Suroeste de Ayacucho, aflora el Grupo Pucará infrayaciendo concordantemente a una serie clástica, correlacionable a la Formación Cercapuquio del Perú central, definida por Megard, F. (1968). Sigue en concordancia una unidad calcárea, correlacionable con la Formación Chunumayo del Bajociano y sobreyaciendo en contacto fallado se tienen las series superiores del Grupo Yura.
