This academic article focuses its research on the legal figure of expropriation, the nature of the title with inscribable vocation, the registry qualification and its inscription as such in the land registry, all within the framework of Legislative Decree No. 1192. El presente informe de tesis tiene como objetivo principal valorar económicamente el servicio ecosistémico de almacenamiento y secuestro de carbono según los usos y coberturas del suelo mediante el uso de fotogrametría, teledetección y SIG en el Fundo Estancia – región San Martín. Se determinó el nivel de provisión de los servicios ecosistémicos de los bosques de Polylepis del Área de Conservación Privada Uchumiri utilizando modelos biofísicos InVEST en un entorno de sistema de información geográfica, con datos obtenidos de la ONG AEDES, el PZEE - OT de la Región Arequipa, SENAMHI, sensores remotos (ASTER GDEM y LANDSAT 8) y estudios de campo, Se determinaron dos servicios ecosistémicos finales (la retención de sedimentos y el almacenamiento de carbono) y un servicio ecosistémico intermedio (la conservación de la avifauna), Los bosques retienen un total de 166 millones de toneladas de sedimentos a! año, lo que representa una retención del 70% de sedimentos totales.
