In the process of adaptation of the radio industry to the nature of the digital environment, operators are implementing strategies that convey the coexistence of the offline, still as a core business, and the online, in pursuit of the definition of their own r@dio project. The objective of this article is to determine the type of activities that are developed, their efficiency and influence in the peculiarities of their own market. La investigación tuvo como objetivo Determinar la eficacia de la edad gestacional según medición del fémur fetal por ecografía frente a la fecha de última regla y test de Capurro, Hospital II EsSalud Tarapoto 2020. La investigación fue básica no experimental, cuantitativa, descriptiva correlacional, la población fue 321 y la muestra 175 gestantes con ecografía mayor o igual a 37 semanas, la técnica fue la revisión documentaria de 175 historias clínicas de las gestantes y como instrumento la ficha de recolección de datos. Resultados: Los estadísticos descriptores de los métodos de estimación de la edad gestacional, establece que el método por ecografía presenta un valor mínimo y máximo de 37 y 40,4 semanas respecto al método por fecha de última regla (FURN) (36,4 y 40,5) y test de Capurro (36 y 39), respectivamente.
