Entre el siglo XIX y XX, la ampliación de la frontera agrícola colombiana fue uno de los principales proyectos públicos y privados diseñados para generar riqueza, acortar distancias, fortalecer la presencia institucional en las fronteras, y reducir la conflictividad en donde había alta presión demográfica; sin embargo, este proceso tuvo entre sus principales características los conflictos entre colonos, cultivadores, agentes de Estado y empresarios territoriales, ya que todos se vieron inmersos en reclamos por el derecho a la propiedad de la tierra. Es en este contexto que emerge la Provincia del Quindío como uno de los principales centros de colonización y conflictos agrarios, pues a falta de catastro y control migratorio, fue común que coincidieran en un mismo predio colonos, empresarios territoriales y poblaciones recién fundadas las cuales, para garantizar el triunfo de s...

The COVID-19 health crisis posed a new scenario for society, having a ripple effect in, academic areas; to a greater extent, the audiovisual. University entities were ahead of events and proposed TRIC practices that would serve for the times that were to come and that in many cases were ahead of now normalized actions. This research analyzes the cognitive, emotional and social learning acquired by students in quarantine and how the realization of Radio Nebrija in the radio field and Nebrija Talent in the television field, two TRIC projects based on an ABP methodology, served to configure new working models for students and new university dynamics for teachers. This study aims to know how the training processes of practicing teachers contribute to the construction of beliefs about teaching at the university. Froma qualitative methodology with agrounded theory approach, professors from public and private universities were selected through theoretical sampling. In-depth interviews were conducted to collect data whichwere analytically coded. Among the results it was found that the teachers' beliefs come frominstitutional training of a normative typewhich emphasizes a functional teaching in didactic techniques, use of technology and innovation, excluding training in knowledge of the discipline they teach. The Evaluation Teams of the Special Protection Units (UPE, for its acronym in Spanish) are among the most relevant within the work of this service, since they define the appropriate and suitable protection measure for a child or adolescent at risk or lack of family protection. However, there is no academic training in the country to develop the skills that specialize this type of professionals to perform such work, which results in the hiring of professionals to fill these positions with job profiles based on the tasks to be performed, but not on the skills they should have to perform the functions of the position. El sitio de Chavín de Huántar ha sido excavado durante mucho tiempo, pero debido a la falta de planos precisos, no se ha realizado un análisis sofisticado de la arquitectura de superficie. Este artículo revisa aun los mapas anteriormente publicados antes de presentar los resultados preliminares del proyecto de mapeo y representación tridimensional de la arquitectura externa y la de las galerías. Se combina un análisis del modelo con los resultados de excavaciones estratégicas realizadas para revelar las uniones de segmentos arquitectónicos para aclarar el crecimiento del centro monumental.
