Este trabajo tiene por objetivo estudiar el verso denominado polirritmo a partir de las reflexiones y de la práctica que desarrollaron Manuel González Prada y Juan Parra del Riego. Dicha práctica, además, se convierte en una propuesta de verso alternativa en el proceso de formación de la práctica del verso libre en el Perú; así, ambos poetas se adhieren al polirritmo con plena conciencia de lo que su uso implica. El marco teórico en el que se sustenta este trabajo se basa en los planteamientos de la versología moderna de Oldrich Belic y en una metodología descriptiva y funcional. Para lograr el propósito del trabajo, se procede a dividirlo en una introducción y dos apartados. En el primero, se estudia el ideario del polirritmo en los dos poeta y en el segundo, se examina un poema de cada autor para identificar sus semejanzas y diferencias.

Objective: To optimize the process of prior evaluation in mergers and acquisitions in Peru. Method: It is a descriptive and correlational investigation. The comparative law was used as analysis methodology for the law projects under study. Results: In the analysis of the economic impact, the sample consisted of 1 750 companies according to annual sales value and economic sectors such as lawyer services and agroindustries. The results indicated that the Proposals of Application of Thresholds on Projects of Law lack foundation and it has been verified that its uniformly application might be ineffective to all the economic sectors. The burnout syndrome is an occupational health indicator that intervenes in the teaching-learning process and may harm the quality of education offered by institutions. The relationship between individual characteristics and the work environment may have different effects over the teaching performance. The current investigation seeks to analyze the fit of a model to predict teaching performance based on the teacher burnout, while including individual characteristics and the work environment perception in university teachers. The sample is composed of 94 teachers who provided information related to the Conscientiousness trait, their burnout and engagement levels, their teaching performance, and their perception of the work environment. Introduction: The increase in ultra-processed foods (UPFs) intake has raised concerns about its impact on public health. Prospective observational studies have reported significant associations between higher intake of UPFs and adverse health outcomes. The aim of this study is to determine whether these associations could be confirmed in randomized controlled trials (RCTs). Methods: We conducted a systematic review to analyze the evidence on the effects of UPFs intake on health. A systematic search was conducted in Medline, Embase, Web of Science, Scopus, LILACS, and CENTRAL up to April 22, 2024. The concept of defense mechanisms has its origins in psychoanalytic theory, which focuses more on the defenses´ process than on the objective of defenses. The present study examined the differences between individuals who have abnormal/paranormal experiences – and three defensive styles (mature, neurotic, and immature factor), and those who have not had such experiences. College students (60 % women and 40 % men, mean age = 33.87 years old) received the Defense Styles Questionnaire (DSQ-40) and ten questions that explore several abnormal and paranormal experiences. People reported a high frequency of experiences, such as deja-vu, dreams of extra sensory perception (ESP), telepathy and memories of past lives. The author presents us the increasing force of the partnership between International Law and its entities by one side and the National States by the other, without impairing with its Sovereignty; and also how this process has created a surveillance and supervision praxis, focused on the possibility that State activities may affect the rights of its citizens.This article includes as well a survey on the theory and legal precedents that are most noteworthy, pointing to comprehend the passing from a subsidiary vision of the international legal order towards the national to one that is complementary, without prejudice to unpolished or unfinished aspects of the agenda. As a product of the armed violence and the human rights violations committed in the decades of the eighties and nineties, the Peruvian government initiated a process of transitional justice in order to compensate the victims and reconcile a fragmented and divided society. However, there are still issues pending in that matter. One of these issues is the search of the missing persons.The present article will delve into the importance of a policy of search of missing persons in the light of the international obligations on human rights matters of the Peruvian state, and will analyze the weaknesses of their judicial actions to accomplish this task. The need of a centralized organism in charge of this function will be sustained, and a normative proposal for its implementation in the Peruvian legal system will be presented.

El estudio evalúa la viabilidad comercial, técnica, financiera, económica y social de la instalación de una planta productora de cerveza artesanal frutada. El producto consiste en cerveza artesanal a la que se le añade camu camu para aportarle sabor y vitamina C, utilizando las propiedades de esta fruta, nativa de la amazonia peruana, para crear nuevos sabores, además, de utilizar sus beneficios para el consumo de las personas. Para el estudio de mercado se realizaron 385 encuestas.
