Background. The Global Registry of Acute Coronary Events (GRACE) prediction model stratifies patients with non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI). El desarrollo de la investigación se llevó a cabo en el sector los Algarrobos de la ciudad de Moyobamba. El objetivo general es: Fortalecer las actitudes de conservación de la quebrada Rumiyacu de los miembros de la APAFA de la I.E. 00968 del sector los Algarrobos, a través de la aplicación de estrategias ambientales. Para ello, inicialmente se identificó el nivel actitudinal de la muestra del estudio, respecto a la conservación de la quebrada, y por estrategia ambiental; posteriormente se ejecutó el plan de implementación de estrategias ambientales, teniendo como ejes estratégicos al manejo adecuado de residuos sólidos, manejo adecuado de aguas servidas y gestión del riesgo de desastres, para ello se desarrollaron diferentes actividades a fin de contribuir en la sensibilización y mejora de las actitudes para conservar la quebrada.
