El presente proyecto de investigación propone la construcción de un biblioparque comunitario para impulsar la cultura y educación en el sector Av. Costanera APV. Munay del distrito de San Sebastián a través del diseño de equipamiento educativo, cultural y recreacional con el fin de mitigar el proceso de degradación de estos aspectos en este sector desfavorecido del distrito, facilitando el acceso gratuito a la información y conocimiento para su desarrollo. Así mismo este proyecto acentúa la necesidad de aportar en la búsqueda de la integración comunitaria, la convivencia social del sector y alrededores, en pro de mejorar sus condiciones de vida, apoyando e impulsando la educación, la cultura, la recreación y el ocio enriquecedor ya sea en espacios al aire libre (parque) o en instalaciones cerradas y equipadas (biblioteca).
