La investigación está centrada en la problemática relativa a la pérdida del costo o gasto por falta de sustentación fehaciente en una operación tributaria. Ello debido al desincentivo generada por la Ley 28186 en el uso de la microforma. Para lo cual se analizó las definiciones detalladas en el decreto legislativo 681 vinculadas a la microforma, microarchivo, entre otras definiciones. Se analiza lo pronunciado por el tribunal fiscal con referencia a la sustentación fehaciente de una operación tributaria y se analiza los previsto por institución encargada de administrar los tributos respecto del uso de las microformas y la conservación de los documentos.
