The importance of reducing delivery times is vital for customer loyalty and the reduction of losses due to cancellation of orders, this being the problem that was developed in the investigation. Antecedentes: El estrés relacionado con el trabajo es muy frecuente entre los empleados y es un problema por sus repercusiones en la salud y productividad de los trabajadores. Si bien hay escasas publicaciones al respecto, las intervenciones basadas en la web ofrecen soluciones eficaces a gran escala. Entre las intervenciones para reducir el estrés se encuentran las terapias cognitivo-conductuales; y dentro de estas la Terapia de solución de problemas (TSP). An assessment of part of a family planning program is presented in a social environment characterized by high fertility, low contraceptive use and knowledge and great interest in information and practice of family planning methods. Accidental pregnancy rates and subsequent expulsions are similar to those found in urban environments and sea level. By contrast, first expulsions rates are higher than those established for suburban and metropolitan populations sea level, so it could be considered an effect of biological, possibly related to altitude conditions. The application of IUDs appears to face a number of problems arising from the socio-cultural status of the population. Peru is the main producer of gold, zinc, lead, and tin in Latin America and the second largest producer of copper, silver, and zinc worldwide. Despite its economic importance, mining has also left a plethora of Mining Environmental Liabilities (MEL) whose inadequate waste management represents a risk for both the environment and human health and is a common trigger of social problems. Uno de los mayores problemas que enfrenta el mundo es la contaminación de los recursos hídricos, por efecto principal de la actividad antropogenica. El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó la Evaluación de la Calidad Bacteriológica de la Laguna del Parque Turístico de Quistococha en dos periodos Creciente y Vaciante durante el 2018, se tomaron las muestras de agua en tres puntos específicos alrededor de la laguna. Se utilizó el método cuantitativo de Tubos Múltiples de Fermentación expresados en término del Número Más Probable (NMP/100mL), Los indicadores usados para la evaluación bacteriológica fueron Coliformes Totales y Coliformes Termotolerantes.
