The report addresses the management of parallel processes and synchronization in concurrent systems, highlighting common problems in accessing shared resources that affect efficiency and stability. It also highlights the need to optimize the management of large volumes of data and improve academic cooperation to develop advanced solutions. The objective of the study is to identify and analyze synchronization strategies that optimize parallel processes, evaluating their effectiveness in different scenarios and offering recommendations based on recent literature. A systematic review was conducted using the PRISMA methodology, selecting relevant articles published in the last five years and formulating key questions to guide the analysis. The results highlight that non-blocking strategies are more effective for managing shared resources, and techniques such as the use of mutex and actor mode...

The article analyzes the urban leasing policy in contemporary Peru and seeks to explain the origin and permanence of contractual interventionism in urban leasing until the 21st century. All political periods are analyzed, from the governments of Augusto Leguía (1919-1930) to the governments of the last democratic transition (2000-2020) and it seeks to show very synthetically the multiple determinations of contractual interventionism. The analysis of public policy on urban leasing is developed within the framework of the contemporary Peruvian urbanization process, defined by the development of the so-called neighborhood as the way through which the urban popular sectors accessed housing from the decade from the fifties of the 20th century and how they were incorporated and integrated into the city; and the parallel weakening of the identification between slum, rental and housing of the u...

Abstract — In this project, a design for an automated mechanism is presented for implementation in textile manufacturing processes, where an integrated system for textile fiber recognition based on artificial intelligence (AI) was added. The mechanical design of the machine was studied in terms of force, providing a robust and efficient structure that supports the integration of sensors and cameras for real - time image capture of the processed fibers. Additionally, this design included a precise feeding system and a transport mechanism that ensured the stability and correct positioning of the fibers during analysis. In parallel, an AI model was implemented to identify and classify textile fibers based on their color characteristics. A simulated dataset was generated , where each type of fiber was represented by a specific color (red, green, blue, yellow), and a simple neural network w...
