La presente investigación titulada “Eficiencia de la inversión en Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación en relación al rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de Instituciones Educativas Publicas en la Provincia del Cusco, 2007 – 2017”, se realizó con la finalidad de poder determinar si la inversión realizada en sistemas de TIC ha sido eficiente o no a lo largo de los 10 últimos años, todo esto considerando que la eficiencia se medirá a través del rendimiento académico, ya que si tenemos en cuenta que el sistema educativo posee una función de producción, la cual tiene como producto final la culminación del proceso educativo de los estudiantes. This article offers to examine the main content related to two comparative socio-educational normative frameworks, based on dimensions in social ethics and human development. Contemporary religious literature raises referential content to ethical-social learning in accordance with individual moral thought, on the other hand, the globalized capabilities approach maintains that a utilitarian or mercantilist educational policy generates educational-training neglect in human development as a starting point. Methodologically, through the comparative analysis, parallel and contemporary basic premises are identified in both normative frameworks, since the premises in Jorge Bergoglio's literature hypothetically coincide with the related proposal of the capabilities approach of Amartya Sen and Martha Nussbaum. Academic self-efficacy is a powerful predictor of academic success, yet there are several factors that predispose it. Because of this, an explanatory model is proposed using the self-regulation of academic activities, positive affection, and personality. Hierarchical multiple linear regression was used to support the predictive proposal of the model. The Specific Perceived Self-Efficacy Scale of Academic Situations, The Scale of Positive and Negative Experience, Subscale Self-Regulation of Activities of the Academic Procrastination Scale, and Mini International Personality Item Pool (MINI-IPIP) were used. High correlations were obtained in the self-regulation of activities, positive affection, and personality (extraversion, concientousness and openness to experience) to academic self-efficacy.
