The injury in contract law is a notion that has not been exempt from criticisms that question its relevance and usefulness in the Peruvian legal system. In this line, in this paper the author analyzes article 1447 of the Civil Code from different angles, such as the economic analysis of law and diverse national and international doctrine. Finally, the author concludes that this figure is important and necessary for a Rule of Law; but not without first recognizing that the injury in contract law should be rethought, but not eliminated.

El presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional tuvo como objetivo principal destacar con mayor ahínco la vivencia del sacramento de la penitencia y la reconciliación y por ello, constituye la sistematización de una propuesta pedagógica en estudiantes del Primer Grado de Secundaria de la Institución Educativa Santa Ángela de Ate Vitarte – Lima, con el fin ayudar a comprender y profundizar la importancia de dicho sacramento para ser personas de bien, de fe, de paz para ser buenos cristianos, que dan testimonio de su fe, conviven y se relacionan de manera pacífica y promueven la reconciliación ya que dicho sacramento nos ayuda a reconciliarnos con Dios, con la Iglesia, con los demás, con la naturaleza y con uno mismo.
