Objective. To determine if emotional dependence is a risk factor for family violence of women treated in the Integrated Judicial Module on Family Violence of Huancayo. Methods. Quantitative, analytical, observational study of cases and controls. The sample consisted of 2 groups; the first of 83 women victims of family violence (case), the second of 21 women who did not report family violence (control). The questionnaire of emotional dependence was applied, for the test of hypothesis crossed tables were used, in order to analyze the odds ratio (OR). Results. It was determined that the average age was 32.5 years, the marital status was mostly cohabiting with 42,2%, the level of primary education, secondary, with 44.6%, the majority occupation, housewife in 63.9% and the type of violence they reported was physical and psychological in 41.3% of cases. Objective. To determine the risk factors for the first episode of cerebral cerebrovascular accident (CVA) in people living at different levels of altitude. Methods. An observational, cross-sectional and analytical study was carried out in two hospitals located at 150 meters above sea level and 3250 meters above sea level, between 2012 and 2018, the sample was selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The diagnosis of stroke was determined by tomography and / or brain resonance. Results. 72 (100 %) patients were included, 40 (55.5 %) lived at 150 meters above sea level and 32 (44.5 %) at 3250 meters above sea level; the averages of ages were 64.3 + -13.9 and 71.6 + - 14,0 years respectively (p = 0.033). There is a tension between good senses and folly in the very act of justice, a tension that Don Quixote embodies. In his moments of insanity, Don Quixote is a vigilante; in his moments of sanity, a jurist. These two Quixotes appear and reappear throughout the novel, but they take on special significance in the testimony of outraged ladies, as well as at the end when the knight recovers his sanity and resolves his patrimonial problems before testament. Finally, the article proposes that for Cervantes folly is a condition of possibility of justice in the world.

The aim of this study is to validate the internal structure of the Revised-Study ProcessQuestionnaire-2 Factors (Biggs, Kember & Leung, 2001), through a heterogeneous sampleof 269 university and non-university participants. The structural equation methodology isused to test several measurement models: one-dimensional, four factors and hierarchicalstructure, and two factors (orthogonal and oblique).Theodels based on four factors did notshow a satisfactory adjustment, and one had convergence problems caused by a very highinterfactorial correlation. The two-factor model (deep and shallow) with correlated errorshad a satisfactory adjustment. The internal consistency was satisfactory. The usefulness ofthe instrument and its theoretical reformulation is discussed.

El motivo del presente estudio es validar la estructura interna del Cuestionario Revisado de Procesos de Estudio, Dos factores (Revised-Study Process Questionnaire-2 Factors; Biggs, Kember & Leung, 2001), en una muestra heterogénea de 269 participantes universitarios y no universitarios. Se aplicó la metodología de ecuaciones estructurales para probar varios modelos de medición: unidimensional, cuatro factores relacionados y con estructura jerárquica, y dos factores (ortogonales y oblicuos). Se halló que los modelos basados en cuatro factores no mostraron un ajuste satisfactorio, y uno tuvo problemas de convergencia ocasionados por la muy alta correlación interfactorial. The purpose of this article is the design and implementation of an automation prototype for public lighting systems; Likewise, a model is built to test the functioning of the implemented prototype, simulating the provision of public lighting service automatically.
