La pandemia por COVID-19 ha dejado importantes rezagos en la salud mental de la población mundial, específicamente entre aquellos que perdieron a un ser querido. Muchas personas aún enfrentan duelos prolongados y secuelas emocionales significativas, que se exacerbaron por el aislamiento social y el limitado apoyo emocional. Así, la resiliencia emerge como una solución para la superación del duelo, permitiéndoles manejar el dolor de la pérdida y encontrar vías para sanar, lo que, a su vez, repercute en su crecimiento personal.
